One El Nido Suites is strategically located, adjacent to El Nido's center, making it an ideal spot for business travelers like myself. During my manager's training for the El Nido Municipality, I didn't stay in the rooms, but the view and ambiance were fantastic. The surroundings were not only picturesque but also seemed very kid-friendly. The training facilities were excellent and well-equipped. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our sessions, making our work experience comfortable and efficient. Despite not experiencing the rooms firsthand, the overall atmosphere and location of El Nido Suites certainly impressed. Families seeking a convenient yet relaxing place will appreciate the kid-friendly environment and the convenience of being close to the town center. Based on my training experience, I believe El Nido Suites is a promising option for both business and leisure travelers. Kudos to the team at El Nido Suites for providing such a pleasant environment for our training sessions. I look forward to potentially experiencing the accommodations in the future!

We booked this hotel with twin beds prior to leaving home. On arrival the hotel said that they were fully booked and expected my 21 to son and I to share a bed, or have a mattress on the floor.. neither choice was accepted..the hotel …

For the price we paid on new year's eve night this place was not bad at all! The rooms are massive and we had views of the market and the rock! The shower wasn't too bad but there was hot water! The bed was very comfortable and they even gave us a spare blanket as they couldn't give us two single beds. They had a very decent breakfast spread out and incredible views from the breakfast area. The only issue was the smell of garlic in the room and that I have a feeling was coming from the kitchen area.

Budget-friendly stay just a short 15-minute walk from town. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. While the rooms were decent, they could use a little sprucing up in the shower area. Air conditioning in the room was great, they could use some more air conditioning in the lobby area. Complimentary breakfast that starts at 6:30 and is pretty satisfying. Just a heads up, the wifi works best in the lobby, not so great in the rooms, and unfortunately, I couldn't get a signal in my room with my phone plan.

The location is very good. It is diagonally opposite the station. If you want to take the bus to Puerto Princesa early in the morning, it is highly recommended to stay here the night before. We participated in trip A and it is very convenient to reach the beach on foot.

We paid extra for a "Superior" queen room and was told it was not available when we checked in. Receptionist was extremely unhelpful in offering any sort of solution to the mix up. The photos are deceiving, its Not a great location, right by a busy market and noisy road. The rooms are nice and the Facilities are clean otherwise, but the whole stay has been ruined as, we are forced to sleep in twin single beds.
